Using the game

Pipe Splash is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the game or its services.

Advertising and optional rewards

The game may display ads through AppLovin MAX. Some optional in-game rewards may be offered for watching an ad. Ad availability can vary, and a reward is granted only when the ad service confirms completion.

Platform services and progress

On iOS, Game Center provides platform sign-in and iCloud Key-Value Storage syncs progress. On Android, Google Play Games sign-in and Saved Games provide progress sync. Those services are provided under the platform provider's terms and may require you to be signed in. You can reset your Pipe Splash progress in the game; an offline reset syncs when the platform service becomes available again.

Pipe Splash and its original game content are owned by Mudasar Nazir or its licensors. The game may be updated, changed, or discontinued to maintain or improve it.

The game is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Mudasar Nazir is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
