PDF Kite Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This policy explains how PDF Kite handles information when you use the mobile app. PDF Kite is provided by Mudasar Nazir, publishing as NexiumLabs.

Your documents stay on your device

PDF Kite processes the PDFs, images and text you choose on your phone. Your documents are never uploaded to a PDF Kite server, and the app does not require an account. Files the tools create are saved in the app's own folder on your device. You can reopen or delete them from My files; on iOS the folder is also visible in the Files app. When you share, print or save a file to another app or cloud service, that file goes to the destination you choose and is handled under its terms. Deleting the app's copy does not remove copies saved elsewhere.

Some tools produce a file without the original's password protection. The app tells you before this happens, and your original file is never changed.

Camera and files

The camera is used only when you scan paper documents, and only after you allow it. Scans become the PDF you create; PDF Kite does not keep the camera images separately. Files and photos are opened only through the system pickers, so the app sees only the items you select.

Features that use the internet

Text recognition (OCR) and translation run on your device using Google ML Kit. Translation downloads a language pack from Google the first time you use a language. Google may collect limited information about how the ML Kit features are used, such as performance and diagnostic data, as described in the ML Kit terms. The contents of your documents are not sent. The Web page to PDF tool opens the address you enter, and that website receives the ordinary information sent with any web request.

Advertising

PDF Kite is free and is supported by ads served through AppLovin MAX. The app may show a full-screen ad after a finished task, and it may offer a rewarded video before some heavier tools (OCR, Translate and the Word, Excel and PowerPoint exports). Watching a rewarded video unlocks those tools for a limited time. AppLovin and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, ad requests and interactions, and diagnostic information to serve ads, measure performance, and help prevent fraud. Their handling of that information is described in the AppLovin Privacy Policy. Ads never receive the contents of your documents.

Where required, PDF Kite shows a consent prompt before ads are personalized. On Apple devices, PDF Kite may ask for permission through App Tracking Transparency; your choice affects the advertising signals available to the ad service, and you can change it at any time in your device settings. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier and manage ad personalization in your device settings.

Sharing and retention

PDF Kite does not operate its own servers, accounts or analytics service, and does not sell your personal information. Information processed for advertising is handled by AppLovin and its partners, and ML Kit usage information by Google, under their own policies and retention practices.

Children

PDF Kite is not directed at children under 13 and does not ask anyone to provide personal information directly. If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy concern about a child using the app, contact us and we will review the request.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when it last changed.

Your choices and contact

Uninstalling PDF Kite deletes the files stored in its folder and stops new ad requests, but it does not delete information an advertising provider has already collected. Use the provider's policy and your device settings for access, deletion, or advertising choices. For privacy questions or requests, contact Mudasar Nazir at mudasar80@gmail.com.
