PDF Kite Terms of Use
Effective date: October 3, 2026
PDF Kite is provided by Mudasar Nazir, publishing as NexiumLabs. By using the app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the PDF Kite Privacy Policy.
Using the app
You may use PDF Kite to view, edit, convert and organize documents. Use it lawfully, process only documents you have the right to use, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
Check your results
Please review every file before you rely on it or share it. Text recognition, translation, summaries and conversions to Word, Excel or PowerPoint are automated and can contain mistakes. Redaction turns the affected pages into images; confirm the result before sending a redacted document. Some tools produce a file without the original's password protection; the app tells you when this happens.
Advertising and rewarded videos
PDF Kite is free and displays ads through AppLovin MAX. Some tools offer a rewarded video before they run; watching it to the end unlocks those tools for a limited time. Ad availability varies; if no ad can load, those tools don't run until one can.
Ownership and updates
PDF Kite and its original content are owned by Mudasar Nazir or its licensors. Your documents remain yours. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued to maintain or improve it. Open-source components are used under their own licenses, listed in the app.
Availability
The app is provided as available. Keep your own copies of important documents. To the extent permitted by law, Mudasar Nazir is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including lost or damaged files, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to mudasar80@gmail.com.
