Whirlfall Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Whirlfall on Android or iOS. Whirlfall is provided by Mudasar Nazir, an individual developer, and does not require an account.
Information stored on your device
Whirlfall stores gameplay progress, scores, unlocked content, preferences, and your acceptance of its Terms of Use and acknowledgement of this policy locally on your device. This information is used to operate the game and is not sent to a Whirlfall-operated analytics server. You can remove locally stored information by deleting the app.
Advertising
Whirlfall uses AppLovin MAX to provide optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements. The Android version uses Limited Ads by default. AppLovin and advertising partners configured through AppLovin MAX may process information such as:
- device, operating system, language, and app information;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device or advertising identifiers, when available;
- ad requests, impressions, clicks, and reward completion; and
- diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and performance information.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, maintain service security, and personalize advertising where permitted. The exact information processed depends on your region, device settings, permissions, and the advertising configuration in use.

Tracking and privacy choices
On Android, Whirlfall configures AppLovin for Limited Ads and does not enable personalized advertising. Android device settings may let you reset or delete your advertising ID. On supported Apple devices, Whirlfall may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. You can deny this request and continue playing. You can change the permission later in iOS Settings.
On iOS, Limited Ads are the default and do not depend on granting Apple's tracking permission. Personalized Ads may be enabled only after the user grants the required Apple tracking permission. If permission is denied, restricted, or not requested, Limited Ads continue. Whirlfall sends the corresponding privacy flags to AppLovin, and privacy choices can be managed later in Whirlfall's Privacy & Ads screen. AppLovin also provides access, deletion, and opt-out tools through its privacy policy.
Age requirement and children's privacy
Whirlfall is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13 and is not offered as a Kids Category app. If you are under 13, do not use Whirlfall.
Whirlfall does not knowingly initialize or use AppLovin MAX in connection with a child under 13. Advertising defaults to a limited, non-personalized configuration. If Whirlfall receives an applicable platform age-assurance result identifying a user as under 13, advertising services will not be initialized or used for that user. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has used Whirlfall or that information relating to such a child may have been processed can contact us using the details below.
Sharing and retention
Whirlfall does not sell locally stored gameplay information. Advertising providers may process, share, and retain information as described in their own privacy policies and as required to provide their services or comply with law.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used for the information handled by Whirlfall. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Whirlfall's features, providers, or legal obligations change. The Last Updated date above will identify the latest version.
