Whirlfall Terms of Use

Whirlfall is provided by Mudasar Nazir, an individual developer. By accepting these Terms and using Whirlfall, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Whirlfall Privacy Policy.

Age eligibility

Whirlfall is intended for users aged 13 or older. By using Whirlfall, you represent that you are at least 13. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use Whirlfall only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, do not use Whirlfall.

License and acceptable use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Whirlfall for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, exploit, automate, redistribute, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Advertising and third-party services

Whirlfall may display optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements through AppLovin MAX. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Advertising availability is not guaranteed.

Gameplay and availability

Scores, progress, virtual items, and unlocks have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred. Whirlfall may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mudasar Nazir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Whirlfall. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These Terms may be updated when Whirlfall or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. If renewed acceptance is required, Whirlfall will ask before continued use.
